Architectural Technologist (2-4 Years Experience)

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

The Role
We're looking for a technically minded Architectural Technologist with around 2‑4 years' experience who can turn great design into reality. You'll be involved in producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit (and/or AutoCAD), coordinating with consultants, contractors, and design teams, preparing building regulation and tender drawings, providing technical support through all project stages, and contributing to innovative, sustainable design solutions. You'll work across a range of projects — from contemporary housing to large‑scale developments — and gain real ownership as your experience grows.
About You
You'll have a degree in Architectural Technology (or similar) and 2‑4 years' UK practice experience. You're proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. You communicate well, work collaboratively, and bring a proactive, can‑do approach. CIAT membership or aspirations to qualify are a plus.
