We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in India, supporting nursing needs for facilities in Germany and Sweden. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in nursing and be committed to providing exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
* Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
* Participate in training and mentorship of junior nursing staff.
