Main Purpose of Job
The role involves managing all contractual paperwork from inception through to extensions and related processes.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
* Validation of contractual documents (contracts, invoices, emails, etc.)
* Preparation of new contractual documentation
* Logging and registering our interest in assets
* Preparation of amendments and extensions to contractual documentation
* Chasing contractual documentation from customers
* Invoicing customers from the portfolio system
* Debtor chasing on portfolio and ad-hoc invoices
* Generation of monthly reports for management
* Accurate data entry into portfolio and fleet management systems
* Customer & supplier due diligence
* Handling incoming calls
* Filing and scanning agreements
* Organising and maintaining training records and timesheets, including overtime recording
* Ad-hoc administrative and office duties
About You
Essential Skills
* Confidence with Microsoft Office products
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Well organised and dependable
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Professional presentation and conduct
Desirable Skills
* Experience with DocuSign or similar products
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in an accounts environment is advantageous

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 40 hours per week
