Harris Irwin Architects are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist at Mid to Senior level to join our dynamic practice based in Richmond North Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of projects, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years’ experience in architectural technology, demonstrating strong technical skills and a proven track record of delivering projects through stages 4 - 7. Proficiency in REVIT software is essential, alongside excellent knowledge of current building regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and specifications
Manage project documentation and liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with planning, health and safety, and building regulations
Contribute to project delivery
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
Minimum five years’ relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
