Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS5 following school lesson plans
*
Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour standards
*
Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
*
Adapt teaching approaches to support students of varying abilities
*
Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
*
Provide clear feedback to the department or cover manager after lessons
Requirements
*
PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
*
Strong classroom management skills
*
Confident teaching your specialist subject and supporting general cover if required
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
