Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
1. Excellent pay rates - from £13.25 per hour on weekdays and £13.75 per hour on weekends, plus double bank holiday rates
2. Types of hours available - From 10 hours part time to 37.5 hours full time
3. Minimum 1 hour calls– so you have the time needed with clients
4. Retention bonus - Increased hourly rate to £13 after 6 months of service
5. Employee referral bonus programme - £50 for a referral that starts with us, and a further £100 after 6 months of their service. *Terms apply
6. Mileage 30p per mile and travel time £12.21 per hour -paid separately

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
11. Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
12. Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
13. Accompanying to appointments or shopping
14. Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
