We are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our team working within the social housing sector across the East Midlands. This role involves delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Minor plastering works
Basic plumbing repairs
Wall and floor tiling
Painting and decorating
Basic joinery and carpentry tasks
You will be expected to work efficiently, maintain professional standards, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
