Production Manager – Packing Manufacturing Location: Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively supporting a great business with an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of a high- volume manufacturing operation and drive performance, quality, and team development.
You’ll be leading day-to-day production across a high-volume packing facility, ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager include:
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to deliver consistent performance
Oversee daily production planning, resource allocation, and workflow management
Ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards
Drive improvements across safety, productivity, waste reduction, and line efficiency
Report on KPIs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and quality teams to resolve issues swiftly
We’re looking for Production Managers with the below skills & experience:
Proven experience as a Production Leader, ideally within packaging, FMCG or high volume manufacturing
Excellent knowledge of production planning and lean principles
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
A commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and quality
