Service Support Engineer Please note SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role Must have defence customer experience Copello are working with a defence client who are looking for a Service Support Engineer to deliver Sales Support service to customers and end users of there products and systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customer base Build and maintain close relationships with key customers. Support the survey, integration, installation and commissioning of new communications equipment within military vehicles Provide product demonstration and End-User training courses Contract execution/management Provide bid support to the Land Business Unit Maintain operational knowledge of product base Support other Service personnel Qualifications and Experience Previous experience of working in a service support and customer facing role Prior military experience preferred Good understanding of military communications Knowledge of military vehicle electrical systems Knowledge of basic RF and data communication systems Understanding of Engineering Documentation Experience of ERP systems operation Competence in Microsoft Office tools If you feel you have the skills and experience please apply now or send your CV to emmaw@copello.co.uk
