Billing Admin - 6 Month Contract
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant for our client based in Aylesbury for a fixed term contract of 6 month.
Hours: 9am-5pm
Contract: 6 month fix term contract
Salary: £26,000
Duties
* Preparing draft invoices and sending out for approval and with time producing invoices on your own.
* Working closely with other departments operations and the warehousing teams.
* Analysing supplier invoices to ensure we are charged correct rates.
* Manual entry of invoices to our accounting software.
* Ensuring all information are up to date and correct.
* Liaising with clients to deal with invoice queries.
Requirements
* Good understanding of AR and Credit Control processes.
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume transactions.
* Familiarity with financial systems (SAP or similar).
* You must have a driving licence due to the location.
