Principal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions Talent Acquisition And Sourcing Collaborate with Senior Recruiter to design and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies. Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates to fulfil the recruitment needs of the CWA. Develop and maintain talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with current and future hiring needs. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the recruitment function. Recruitment Administration Advertise roles across the Civil Works Alliance, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement to attract high-quality talent. Work closely with hiring managers to collate offer documents, ensuring that all offer letters and associated paperwork are accurate and complete. Oversee the offer process with parent companies, ensuring seamless communication and timely processing of all offers. Provide ongoing support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.
