Role: Block Concierge
Location: Preston Park, Brighton
Hours: Part Time - 15 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm)
Pay: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Clearline Recruitment are working with a long-standing client in the Preston Park area of Brighton, who are seeking a Block Concierge to support the smooth day-to-day running of a residential development.

Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with Directors and the property manager
* Updating resident details and issuing block handbooks
* Reporting faults, repairs and monitoring contractors
* Posting notices on Health & Safety and emergency procedures
* Fire alarm and emergency light testing
* General administration and record keeping
The ideal candidate will be:
* Calm, friendly and approachable
* Respectful and discreet, with a supportive attitude
* Confident with IT
* Flexible and resourceful
