The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of House Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
As a Front of House Cleaner, you will:
* Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness across all public areas, including lounges, reception spaces, and restrooms
* Ensure all areas reflect the high-quality presentation expected within a premium countryside resort
* Identify and report maintenance issues promptly and accurately
* Provide a professional and courteous presence when interacting with guests
* Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with guidelines
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including fire and hygiene standards
* Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations
* Take initiative in ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
