Job Description
* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
* Raising sales invoices
* Allocation of cash
* Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.
* Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Experience or strong interest in accounting or finance-related tasks.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
