At Talent Finder, we're growing fast and looking for a Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our professional services division. You'll focus on technical recruitment across the UK, managing the full process from client onboarding to placement — without the endless cold calling or lead chasing.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and onboard them smoothly
* Running the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and professional roles
* Using your headhunting and sourcing skills to find the right people
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Collaborating with our internal team so you can focus on delivery and results
What We're Looking For
* You've got proven 360 experience in technical or professional recruitment — ideally legal, finance, engineering or similar. A minimum of 4 years of experience within the Perm Market
* You know how to manage clients confidently and deliver a great experience
* You're a relationship-builder who prefers quality over quantity
* You're proactive, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail — able to work independently in a remote environment
