What the job involves:
1. You will be responsible for taking a lead role and effectively dealing with all customer service enquiries, advising and actioning accordingly, with organised and effective follow ups, taking ownership of the problem from start to finish and be the first point of contact for customers.
2. Taking/logging incoming work from customers.
3. Create job cards/notifications via SAP and identify/order parts for engineers.
4. Plan engineer's daily workload, effectively and efficiently.
5. Assist with maintaining control of parts within the Service Centre and carry out regular audits/reporting to manage stock control, ensure that engineer's returns are handled promtly/daily.
Work Experience:
6. Previous background in a fast moving, customer service role either within motor industry or other customer service environment.
7. A successful track record in the ability to prioritise work loads, multi task, work without supervision and a confident decision maker.
8. IT literate with a good understanding of computers and systems.
Desirable Attributes:
9. The ability to understand technical aspects of a vehicle.
10. Previous working within SAP.
11. The ability to communicate at all levels.
