The Job:

What you’ll be doing:
* Researching markets and mapping senior talent
* Reaching out to and interviewing senior professionals
* Writing candidate reports and client insight documents
* Supporting the full executive search process
* Attending internal and external meetings with clients and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
* A 2:1 or above from a top university
* Confident, articulate, and commercially aware
* Comfortable speaking with senior professionals
* Excellent written communication skills
* An interest in business, finance, or leadership
* Ambitious and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Get:
* £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
