Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Dundee. The Sales Team Lead will be tasked with supervising, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals. This includes setting clear goals, providing guidance to meet sales targets, analysing sales performance, and driving strategies to enhance overall results. Key to success is the ability to lead and develop a dynamic team of individuals and supporting the company's aspirations on international growth.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management and Leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate a sales team
Proven Sales experience with the ability to develop strategies and achieve targets
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve issues
Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements
Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role is highly preferable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
