About the Role
You’ll need to be highly flexible between 7am - 10pm, as part of your role involves visiting and assessing service users who have recently been discharged from hospital.
We have part-time and full-time positions available in South Shields, Whitburn, Cleadon, and surrounding areas. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and weekend working is required. Shifts will be Morning or Evening and run on a 7-week rotating rota.
