Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Sales Manager. The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of service contracts, managing customer relations, and developing sales strategies. The role includes identifying potential customers, conducting detailed proposals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Service Sales Manager will work from our Lichfield office or manufacturing facility with some flexibility for working from home.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales of service contracts and service level agreements.
* Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop sales strategies and create detailed proposals.
* Identify potential customers and market opportunities.
* Oversee the sales process from lead generation through contract completion.
* Work from the Lichfield office or manufacturing facility with some flexibility for working from home.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer relationship management skills
* Experience in developing sales strategies and detailed proposals
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the manufacturing or finishing systems industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
