Rewinds & J. Windsor & Sons (Engineers) Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop an existing team of Sales Representatives into a high‑performing Salesforce.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their targets consistently
* Run weekly 1‑on‑1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their progress and performance
* Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the actions that your team members can take to improve profitable sales in their areas each month
* Enable the team to identify and recruit new accounts and grow revenue from existing customers
* Demonstrate a “never quit” attitude and instil tenacity and resilience in the team
* Analyse team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training
* Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement‑oriented team culture
* Mentor individuals to improve performance in key areas, including regular joint visits to new and existing accounts
About You:
* At least five years of experience managing a team in an engineering services environment
* At least ten years of experience in a target driven sales position
* You can demonstrate a track record of over‑achievement against individual and team quotas
* You have examples of sales reps you’ve coached from underperforming to high achieving
* You instinctively document the training, team building, and sales process plays that work and share them with your colleagues to drive improvement across your organization
* You have strong empathy for peers, direct reports, and customers
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate behavior change
* You are adaptable and open to changing processes when it is right for your team, your organization, and the customers you serve
* You have an established network of contacts in the engineering or maintenance functions in industrial, chemical, food, automotive, and energy sectors.

* Base salary in the region of £80‑90k p.a. OTE £100k+
