HR Recruit is partnering with our industrial client for a stand alone HR opportunity. The role will report into the HR Director (based overseas) and will work closely with the UK Senior Leadership Team. The organisation is an SME in the UK but it is part of a larger international organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager or HR Advisor who is looking for their next step in their career and to join an international team. There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Role Responsibilities
1. Advise and guide employees and managers on a range of HR
2. Contribute to talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and job offers
3. Own and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Promote a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and development, initiate training programs and workshop activities aligned with business needs.
5. Represent the organisation in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering constructive employee relations.
