Alma Personnel are pleased to be supporting our nationwide client with their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant.
The duties of the Accounts Assistant will include;
* Day to day accounting duties, including processing of invoices
* Supporting with accounts activities specific to the industry
* General accounting administration and reporting
* Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
The client is looking for an Accounts Assistant who have;
* Previous accounts experience
* Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Sage 200 or other accounting software
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Can work independently and as part of a team
This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours), and is fully office based.
