We're now seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at our client's esteemed gastro pub with rooms in Burnley.

What You'll Do
* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality kitchen
* Deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
* Help manage kitchen operations, food safety, and staff training
* Assist with menu development and ensure consistency across brasserie, bar, and event menus
* Bring creativity and precision to everything from Sunday roasts to fine-dining events
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* A passion for hearty, seasonal British cuisine with a refined touch
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 5-day week
* Someone who values teamwork, family ethos, and takes pride in high standards
