About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required, along with ideally some IT skills. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and co-workers.
Your responsibilities include ensuring residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. You will carry out audits, keep records up to date, and perform tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on windows, or wallpapering, always with kindness.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to report concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
