Our care home is situated in the east end of Glasgow and is an impressive custom built facility, which provides care for up to 60-residents.
Hairdresser Contract
* £12.71 per hour
* Contracted to 22.5 hours per week
* Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Hairdresser, you will play an important role in enhancing residents’ wellbeing, confidence and daily experience. This is a rewarding role where your work brings comfort, routine and a sense of normality, helping individuals look and feel their best.
You will provide a range of hairdressing services including washing, cutting and styling, tailored to individual preferences. You will ensure the salon environment is clean, safe and welcoming, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
Working closely with residents and the wider team, you will build positive relationships and deliver a service that supports dignity, confidence and personal wellbeing.

* Qualified Hairdresser with relevant experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good understanding of hygiene and health and safety practices
* Ability to work independently and manage appointments
