Duties and responsibilities: To manage a number of key contracts within the business To secure and maintain strong, professional and high-quality relationships with our customer base To gain and maintain a strong, strategic understanding of our customers' needs To act as the voice of the customer within the business To gain and maintain a strong relationship with manufacturers, distributors and consultants within the security sector To work with our customers to produce solutions that meet their operational and strategic needs, acting as their trusted and professional guide To survey, design and quote for the installation, service and maintenance of a range of life safety systems with a strong focus on CCTV To work with the wider team to support the submission of tenders and bids for new business To work with the Head of Customer Engagement to produce commercial forecastsYou will have: Strong interpersonal skills with experience of providing a world class customer experience Experience of working within the Security Sector Strong knowledge of complex CCTV systems, associated transmission and networks Experience of designing or installing security, life safety and connected systems (including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire) Experience of constructing build sheets and quotation We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
