We’re a friendly, well-established construction company based just outside Truro, and we’re on the lookout for a Mason / Multi-skilled Mason Operative to join us on a range of rewarding projects across central and west Cornwall. The role You’ll be working on everything from heritage refurbishments to extensions and conversions – often seeing a job through from start to finish. It’s steady, year-round work with no need to chase your next job. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Some days you’ll be on one site for weeks, other times you might move between jobs – it keeps things interesting. Key Responsibilities General masonry and wet trades – blocklaying, rendering, stonework, paving and more – so no two days are the same Follow jobs from start to finish, giving you real ownership of the build Work alongside trusted subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, flooring) – we’re all on the same team Handle setting-out, drainage and light demo work – use your full skillset and stay sharp Flex between working solo and as part of a team – we trust you to do the job right About our company We’re based in Threemilestone and work all over central and west Cornwall.
