Job Description
You will enjoy varied responsibilities working within an outstanding organisation in the UK social care sector, including:
1. Developing relationships in the local community and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
2. Working to agreed targets for Referral Provider touchpoints.
3. Delivering promotional activities both face-to-face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
4. Planning and executing regular community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events, and other activities that promote our services.
5. Consistently delivering messages that reflect our mission, vision, and values, and communicate our value proposition.
6. Managing social media activity, ensuring digital content is engaging and up-to-date.
7. Developing and maintaining knowledge of the Home Instead brand and raising awareness of national campaigns and recruitment initiatives across the local network.
8. Tracking and recording enquiries to manage and adjust strategies for optimal messaging and education.
9. Maintaining accurate data to analyze performance and using insights to improve strategies.
10. Managing time effectively, prioritising tasks, and adapting to changing needs.
11. Ensuring compliance with policies on Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities.
12. Performing any other duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven ability to build strong relationships both face-to-face and virtually within a community to achieve objectives.
* Confidence in networking via phone, email, video calls, and in person with community stakeholders and potential RPNs.
* Ability to deliver talks on ageing-related subjects such as Dementia, Fraud Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration.
* Understanding of marketing principles and experience managing digital media campaigns.
* Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
* Experience using data and analytics for business decision-making.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
* Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
* Competent in using CRM systems to manage relationships.
Additional Information
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Pro-rata)
