Overview
Altro is seeking a Regional Technical Services Manager to cover the London area. This full-time role is based on a hands-on background in installing hygienic wall cladding products, solving problems, and working with people. You will be the face of Altro in the field, providing technical advice, training, and site visits to ensure proper installation and optimal results.
Responsibilities
* Visit customer sites to offer technical support and advice
* Run training sessions for contractors (on-site and sometimes classroom-based)
* Support large installations and help resolve any issues
* Demonstrate our products at events and customer meetings
* Work closely with our sales and product teams to share feedback and ideas
* Occasionally support our European team and join calls with colleagues in the US and APAC
Requirements
* Solid experience installing hygienic wall cladding products
* Great communication and presentation skills
* Organised, proactive, and willing to travel around the region
* A team player who is also confident working independently
* Curious, creative, and continually seeking ways to improve
* Experience with Whiterock or similar products is a bonus but not essential
