*TECHNICIAN / MoT Tester (Northampton)*
Motorvogue Northampton - home of Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, JEEP, SEAT and CUPRA Aftersales - are looking to recruit an experienced Level 3 Technician / Mot Tester at our Northampton branch to undertake all maintenance, service, MoT and repair activities on motor vehicles.
Carrying out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ and Company servicing and repair times, you will ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat / incremental business.
About you
*You will have:*
* Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience, although this is not essential. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
* MoT Qualification
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
* A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
*Duties will include:*
* Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Car repairs and servicing.
* Diagnostics.
* MOT testing.
* Highlighting up-selling opportunities.
* Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
* Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £37,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme (OTE £42k). We are a fast-growing business and will be taking on additional brands in the future.
Our normal working hours are 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) with very occasional Saturdays (paid as overtime). You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
