MPA Recruitment are looking for a detail-oriented and reliableAccounts Administrator.The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, managing financial records, assisting with payroll and invoicing, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Job Description:
* Maintaining Purchase ledgers and all relating documentation.
* Ensure adherence to Sarbanes Oxley controls.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Reconcile monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Communicate with suppliers as required, to discuss any disputes and to request invoices and statements not received.
* Reconcile GRNI reports and align with outstanding supplier invoices
* Complete month end analysis of accounts – including assistance preparing summary figures for corporate reporting
* Maintenance of accounts team e-mail inboxes and distribution of invoices and statements received daily
* Input employee timesheets in a timely manner on the system
* Adhoc requirements as required by Finance manager
Required Criteria
* Excellent written, numerical and oral communication skills
* Good attention to detail & ability to process information accurately
* Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure & work to tight deadlines
* Sound Knowledge of MS packages, especially excel
* Maintain confidentiality
* Willingness to work in a small team
* Ability to attend and engage in team meetings/liaise with senior management when required
Desired criteria
* ERP experience
* Previous knowledge of financial reporting/bank reconciliations/accounts analysis
* Experience within the manufacturing industry
