Job role: Higher Education Administrator
Location: Birmingham - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm
Start Date: 17th November
Duration: 2 months
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour + 15.03% holiday pay
We’re seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support the Quality Assurance Team based within a higher education institution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and managing the team inbox
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the QA team
* Taking notes and producing accurate meeting minutes
* Assisting with tasks related to Moodle/VLE platforms
Requirements:
* Strong MS Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident in note-taking and minute-taking
* Experience with Moodle or other VLEs
* Previous experience in a Higher Education environment is essential
