JAZ Care welcome suitable applicants for Care Co-Ordinator position within a well-established Domiciliary Care Agency in Lurgan.
Aim:
To provide assistance to the Office Manager in managing the co-ordination of care in the Southern & Northern Trust areas.
The various tasks to be performed by the Care Co-ordinator may cover all or some of the following:
* Responsible for resourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages.
* Improving and maintaining the continuity of care for new and existing care packages.
* Ensure all operations are Company and RQIA Compliant.
* Delivery and supervision of care services.
* Building and co-ordination of rotas for assigned areas.
* Maintenance of Carer employment records with due regard to data protection.
* To update rotas on a regular basis.
* Schedule training dates.
* To ensure all relevant information is available to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
* Dealing with relevant staff from the Trust
* To carry out all other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the Managers.
* Essential Criteria
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
* Organisational and communication skills.
* 1 year experience in a domiciliary caring environment is preferred.
