About the position:
A Rehabilitation Assistant has a key role in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting our therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/clients’ progression. Within this role the Rehabilitation Assistant is encouraged to work at top of scope and relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team. It is an autonomous role, requiring a self-motivated and reliable Rehabilitation Assistant to support rehab care in a long-term care setting.
Within this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant:

• Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions.
• Has a huge impact on progression of patient needs and their rehab journey.
