Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Basildon for a Service Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering an excellent service experience. Key responsibilities include managing and training team members, providing support to staff to maintain service standards, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns to drive overall client satisfaction. Collaboration with other departments to improve operations and ensure efficiency will also be a critical aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and support a team of service staff effectively.
* Proven expertise in Customer Service and commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
* Proficiency in Training team members to ensure high service standards and consistent performance.
* Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to address customer and team needs effectively.
* Organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Experience in the automotive industry or service management is an advantage.
* Relevant qualifications in customer service or management are desirable.
