You’ll work alongside teachers to help deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide extra support to students who need it. Key responsibilities include: Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Offering one-to-one or small group support, especially for pupils with additional needs Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Assisting students in reaching their academic and personal development targets Contributing to behaviour management and helping maintain a smooth classroom routine Role Specification: We’re keen to hear from graduates who: Have experience working with children or within a school setting Are enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about supporting young people Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team Build positive relationships with both students and staff Understand the importance of safeguarding and are committed to keeping students safe Interested in This Role?
