Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Secondary School, Walsall

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (flexibility available)
Contract: Term Time Only

Role Responsibilites:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important part in supporting both teaching and learning across the school. You’ll work alongside teachers to help deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide extra support to students who need it. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Offering one-to-one or small group support, especially for pupils with additional needs
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Assisting students in reaching their academic and personal development targets
* Contributing to behaviour management and helping maintain a smooth classroom routine
Role Specification:

* Build positive relationships with both students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
