What the Job Involves Your role involves delivering a high-quality cleaning service across various Council homes and community facilities in Cardiff. You will ensure that communal areas, including foyers, lifts, stairwells, and external spaces, are kept in excellent condition by adhering to cleaning protocols and schedules. Your core responsibilities include using appropriate chemicals and equipment safely, conducting risk assessments, participating in site inspections and audits, and collaborating closely with other staff.
