As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer requirements promptly and effectively
* Provide quotes to customers and collaborate with internal teams
* Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience
* Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing
This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7, 365-day operation, focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests, with a £9,000 shift allowance included.

* Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment
* You'll enjoy solving problems, sometimes ones that require input from team members
* You'll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where you'll have demonstrated negotiation skills
* Confident communication skills
* It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum, although this isn't a necessity
