Position
In the role as Global Equipment Training specialist, you will be responsible for designing, creating and developing training materials by using various learning platforms and methodologies. You have great passion for content creating and using blended learning techniques comes natural to you. You are an experienced trainer and facilitator with strong communication skills, excellent presentation techniques and strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive learning environments at all levels. To become a success in this role you will drive end-to end training and development of global learners for CooperSurgical fertility equipment portfolio. You will be working across various departments and have international collaboration with people around the world. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in ensuring a world-class experience for our internal stakeholders (Engineers and service technicians) and distributors. Through your process-oriented mindset and systematic approach you will add value to the CooperSurgical technical training set-up. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic international context and are willing to walk the extra mile, when needed. Travelling is required in this role.
1. Develop, create and deliver training, including digital E-learning materials (working with SCORM compliant software and materials), hand-outs, tests and testing methodology, and live trainer-led webinars
2. Manage learner training and skills development, maximising their full potential
3. Provide feedback into design, and product management all relevant information discovered during training. Failures, improvements, and anything else that may be useful for product improvements
4. Maintain training equipment and space to ensure all is suitable to deliver training when required
5. Function as a face of the company to the customers, distributors and engineers, maintaining an impeccably high standard of professional conduct at all times
6. Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree relevant to engineering or medical devices
7. Proven track record of working with E-learning platforms and blended learning
8. Digital content creation experience – SCORM content essential
9. Software coding experience would be beneficial
10. Strong communication and presentations skills
11. Experienced trainer, teacher or alike
12. Be a good team player who is energetic, creative, resourceful, and responsible
13. Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
