The Role: Leading in a New Arena
In Preston schools, we need role models who can command a room and connect with students aged 11‑16.
Responsibilities
* Classroom Management – taking the lead in various subjects, ensuring students stay focused, respectful and productive.
* Pastoral Mentorship – using coaching experience to support students with social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
* Behaviour Coordination – implementing firm boundaries and positive reinforcement to maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
* Physical Education Support – assisting with PE departments, extracurricular sports and inter‑school competitions.
