Job Title: Team Manager - MASH Length of assignment: 3 Months Hours per week: 37 Hourly rate: £44 Location: Huntgindon, Cambridge Remote/Office based: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Review all incoming referrals to MASH, ensuring each is properly allocated, assessed, and outcomes are evaluated. Sign off on decisions and outcomes based on threshold assessments. Monitor team performance against targets, manage staffing issues, and handle training and professional development. Provide oversight, guidance, and development to ensure high-quality performance and growth. Chair MASH meetings to evaluate case priorities, coordinate with teams (social care, early help, etc.), and discuss ongoing cases. Engage with partner agencies to ensure integrated, timely, and appropriate responses.
