About Us
All Services 4U Ltd is a leading UK property maintenance and compliance provider, delivering 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance services to both B2C and B2B clients across plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and access control trades.
We are also the UK distributor of InterQR, an innovative, panel-free smart intercom system for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. InterQR replaces traditional door entry panels with a cloud-connected QR solution that’s cost-effective, future-proof, and easy to maintain.
We’re now expanding our Fire & Security division, building partnerships with developers, FM providers, housing associations, and management companies to deliver smart access and compliance-driven solutions.
We’re seeking a commercially astute, technically aware Business Development Manager to drive this expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic growth role that combines business development, partnerships, and project support.
You’ll lead the development of our InterQR and Fire & Security offering, focusing on both new installations and service partnerships.
You’ll leverage our existing national engineer network and active reactive job base (~80+ access control jobs) while expanding into long-term B2B frameworks and installer partnerships.
Key Target Audiences
This role focuses on building sustainable relationships and revenue streams with:
* Developers & Principal Contractors – for new-build and refurbishment projects

* Electrical & M&E Contractors – to specify and install InterQR and Fire & Security systems
*
* Fire & Security Installers – as approved InterQR partners
*
* Property & Block Management Companies – for upgrades and ongoing maintenance
*
* Facilities Management (FM) Companies – for national service and maintenance contracts
*
* Housing Associations & Local Authorities – for compliance-driven projects and upgrades
*
* Private Landlords & Letting Agents – for residential block installations and system retrofits
Core Responsibilities
1. New-Build & Refurbishment Sales
* Introduce InterQR smart intercom systems to developers, site managers, M&E consultants, and design teams.
*
* Prepare value-engineered proposals comparing InterQR with traditional intercom solutions.
*
* Support project teams with installation planning, technical documentation, and O&M handover manuals.
2. Partnership Development
* Onboard construction subcontractors, fire/security installers, and electrical firms as approved InterQR partners.
*
* Build referral and reseller relationships with fire & security companies across the UK.
*
* Represent All Services 4U and InterQR at developer showcases, supply-chain events, and industry expos.
3. Project & Tender Support
* Monitor Find-a-Tender, Constructionline, and FM portals for fire, access, and security opportunities.
*
* Prepare and submit quotations or joint partner bids.
*
* Coordinate installations via subcontractors, providing system supply, partner training, and quality oversight.
4. Cross-Selling Fire & Security Services
* Promote All Services 4U’s wider Fire & Security portfolio, including:

* Fire detection & alarm systems
*
* Emergency lighting
*
* CCTV and door access
*
* Smart intercom (InterQR)
* Develop and support reactive maintenance and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contracts post-handover.
5. Relationship Management
* Maintain strong relationships with property managers, FM companies, housing associations, and landlords.

* Identify and convert upsell opportunities for maintenance, upgrades, and compliance services.
*
* Collaborate internally with Electrical, Locksmith, and Plumbing Managers to deliver integrated multi-trade solutions.
Ideal Background
Proven experience in Fire & Security, Access Control, or Door Entry systems
Strong track record in business development, partnerships, or technical sales
Understanding of property management, FM, or construction supply chains
Confident presenting to contractors, consultants, and directors
Knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm, intercom, or access systems
Entrepreneurial mindset – able to build and grow a new business stream from scratch
