Change Manager – Central London (Hybrid Working)

We’re working with a fantastic organisation based in Central East London that’s looking to hire a permanent Change Manager
This is a high-impact roles focused on driving and embedding meaningful change across the organisation. You’ll play a key part in planning and delivering change initiatives that enhance processes, systems, and structures – ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Champion a collaborative, consultative approach to change by developing and implementing clear plans with stakeholder engagement at the core.
2. Design and deliver effective communication strategies using a variety of channels to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the change lifecycle.
3. Act as a voice for key stakeholders – ensuring the design and delivery of new processes, systems or technologies reflect both organisational needs and end-user experience.
4. Identify interdependencies across multiple projects and initiatives, and work with teams to plan for and mitigate potential risks or conflicts.
