Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer Hours: 40 hrs/week Location: Camberley, GU16 7AL
Role Responsibilities
* Minor building fabric repairs. including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating and minor plumbing repairs.
* Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).
* Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours. (currently 1 in 3)
* Monthly utilities meter readings.
* First line response to reactive repairs.
Required Qualifications
* Full, current driving license.
* Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment.
* Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - preferred but not essential.
