About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Account Director will be responsible for the overall operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts. You will lead a team of Contract Managers, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company values.

Responsibilities
* Take full accountability for the performance of assigned contracts, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes
* Lead, develop, and support Contract Managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality results
* Build and maintain strong senior‑level client relationships, acting as the key escalation point
* Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and service improvement
* Drive operational performance through KPI management, resource planning, and continuous improvement
* Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and business growth
* Champion a positive, high‑performance culture built on accountability and professionalism
About You
We are seeking a confident and commercially aware leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery. You will bring:
* Proven experience in a senior account management or operational leadership role
* A track record of managing multiple contracts or accounts successfully
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and teams
* Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management abilities
* A results‑driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
