Salary: £25,583 - £26,403 per annum (pro rata).

Responsibilities
This front‑line, office‑based role is vital to all our services as the first point of contact for the majority of customers. Responsibilities include booking appointments and ceremonies, searching electronic records and producing certificates, handling enquiries (face‑to‑face, phone and written), processing payments, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. You will also be required to undertake training to officiate and register ceremonies as part of the office team.
