The EMEA Warehouse Leader is responsible for all warehousing activities within the EMEA region.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient, safe and cost-effective flow of goods throughout the network as well as maintaining and managing accurate inventory and stock levels. As a member of the Spare Parts department, s/he is expected to be a team player in the continual improvement of the service.

Tasks And Qualifications
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage all internal logistics
Define strategy for warehousing in EMEA
Define and follow EMEA Warehouse management KPI´s
Manage and drive Customer Satisfaction levels
Enable customer operations through spare parts availability and management
Manage the continual improvement: centralization, alignment and standardization of SP end to end processes
Collaborate with all other teams within the Spare Parts team
Be the primary point of escalation for all warehouse locations, mainly in Germany and UK but also the other 'consolidations units' within the region.
Manage warehousing partners to ensure that KPIs are met, and service levels are at the highest level
Ensure availability of parts throughout the network
