We're thrilled to be working on an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a driven and visionary CEO at a values-led sports organisation based in West London. This is a fantastic chance for someone with a background in media or fast-paced industries, who has either supported at C-suite level before or is now ready to step up to that next level. This is a high-energy, full-time, permanent role, fully based in the office, where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of the action, managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, attending meetings and events, and acting as a key filter of information to the CEO. Your ability to extract what matters, make sound judgments, and take ownership of key issues will be essential. We're looking for someone who is personable, energetic, and confident in gatekeeping and stakeholder management. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the communication skills to match.
