Transport Administrator – Timber Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Transport Administrator to join our team at BSW Timber Solutions. This role is responsible for managing incoming timber and materials, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication with suppliers and internal teams, and supporting efficient yard and production operations. The role plays a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating transport, and ensuring timely supply to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Input and maintain product data in SAP and manage delivery documentation
* Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inter-site transfers
* Liaise with production, hauliers, and quay teams on daily priorities
* Organise transport collections and communicate with RMS
* Support yard operations, including labelling, break bulk, and unloading paperwork
* Monitor stock, resolve quality/spec issues, and manage SKU relabelling
* Produce daily reports and assist with general admin and driver queries

* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Good communication and multitasking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving mindset
* SAP experience (desirable)
